Reduced Operational Effort: Featuring a 40mm-high bearing design (compared to the industry standard of about 22mm typically used in panoramic door systems), these larger bearings significantly minimize friction, making the sliding motion smoother and effortless. 3. Enhanced Quiet Performance: Traditional panoramic doors often employ multiple bearings per wheel, leading to high resistance and noticeable noise caused by direct steel-to-steel contact. In contrast, our design uses just 4 bearings per wheel, each rated to support up to 250 kg. By reducing the number of wheels and lowering overall resistance, we’ve dramatically cut down on operational noise. 4. Extended Durability: Conventional panoramic doors equipped with multiple bearings frequently suffer from uneven load distribution on uneven terrain, accelerating wear and shortening their lifespan. Our optimized structural design ensures that all four wheels evenly share the load, significantly extending the product’s longevity.
